Article 12 The successor driver must learn the train operation, signals, and line conditions from the shift driver in detail, and carefully inspect the electric locomotive as follows:
1. Whether the roof of the driver's cab is intact.
2. Whether the connector is in good condition.
3. Whether the hand brake and sand spreading device are flexible and effective, and whether there is sand in the sandbox.
4. Whether the lights and red tail lights are bright. Whether the horn or alarm bell is clear and bright.
5. Whether the communication device is in good condition.
6. Whether the battery voltmeter is installed properly and whether the locking device is reliable.
7. Whether the battery voltage meets the regulations, and whether the explosion-proof part is out of explosion.
8. When the power supply is cut off, whether the controller's reversing handle is flexible and whether the locking is reliable.
Problems found during the inspection must be dealt with in a timely manner or reported to the on-duty leader, and the inspection results shall be recorded in the shift record book.
Article 13 The sandbox shall be filled with dry fine sand of the specified particle size.
Article 14 Before driving, you must carefully check the arrangement and loading of vehicles, and you must not drive in any of the following situations.
1. The connection of the car is abnormal.
2. The number of tractors exceeds the regulations.
3. The contour of the material loaded on the mine cart exceeds the specified contour size.
4. There are passengers on the locomotive or vehicle transporting materials.
5. The train that transports people is attached to a material car, the passengers fail to comply with the rules of the car, or there are explosive, flammable, or corrosive items on the train.
6. When transporting explosive, flammable or corrosive items, the arrangement, loading or use of the vehicle does not meet the requirements.

7. There are other hidden dangers that affect safe driving.
